Terms of use
The terms for using this website. Engagements with KalTech are governed by their own written agreement.
Last updated 8 October 2026
About these terms
These terms govern your use of kaltech.online, the website of KalTech, incorporated in Delaware and operating across the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, and GCC. By using the site you accept them. If you do not, please do not use it.
The site and our engagements
The site describes how we work. It is not an offer to provide services. Every engagement, including a diagnostic, is governed by a separate written agreement, and where that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement applies.
Information, not advice
Articles, case studies and other content on the site are general information. They are not legal, financial or technical advice for your situation, and you should not act on them without advice that takes your circumstances into account.
Case studies and results
Case studies describe work for specific clients, and figures are drawn from those clients’ own reporting. Results depend on the business, its data and its operation, and past results do not guarantee similar outcomes.
Intellectual property
The content, design, artwork and KalTech name on this site belong to KalTech or its licensors. You may view the site, and share links to it, for your own use. You may not copy, republish or adapt its content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Client names and logos belong to their owners and appear with their permission. Their appearance is not an endorsement of anything beyond the work described.
Acceptable use
When using the site, you agree not to:
- Use it for anything unlawful, or in a way that infringes anyone else’s rights.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or to probe, disrupt or overload it.
- Scrape or harvest its content by automated means beyond ordinary search indexing.
- Send malicious code, spam or misleading information through the contact form.
Links to other sites
The site links to services we do not control, such as LinkedIn. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
No warranty
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided as it is. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, free of errors, or that its content will always be current.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, KalTech is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or your reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Privacy
How we handle personal data is set out in our privacy policy at kaltech.online/privacy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, and disputes about them go to the courts of Delaware. If you are a consumer, this does not remove any protection the law of your own country gives you.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, with its date at the top. Questions go to info@kaltech.online.
